Food products are industrialised, usually chemically contaminated with preservatives and with a long shelf life. Most of processed foods, are full of preservatives, high in fat, sugar and salt, lacking in essential nutrients to support and nourish our metabolism.

Claudia has dedicated a good portion of her time researching and completing a science-based training in nutrition.  Claudia has learned how our diet, food choices and our relationship with food can either have a negative or positive impact on our health and immune system.

To maintain our bodies in equilibrium, the foods we consume should not exceed what we eliminate; it is important to become aware of the quality and quantity of our daily food intake. Equally, we should choose and consume foods that will aid the natural process of elimination and detoxification choosing foods rich in fibres, essential fatty acids and antioxidant compounds. When the dynamics between what we ingest and what we excrete become compromised and out of balance, we can experience symptoms such as headache, water retention, sluggish digestion, bloating, insomnia, fatigue to name a few.

Everyone’s biochemistry is different, and no “universal diet plan” is right for everyone. In order to achieve your personal health goals, you must give your body the specific foods and nutrients that are inherently necessary to you and your current state of health and have a tailored plan that works for (and not against) your body!
